Baked cheezy upma??

Hi,

I just baked some upma and my 10 month old likes it. I'm so happy to finally make something that the whole family likes.

It's so simple and easy,

Ingredients:
1 cup of semolina (raw) or couscous
1 cup of curd/yoghurt,
1 cup of water,
1 inch ginger grated,
1/4 tsp of turmeric,
1 big carrot grated,
1/2 a cup of spring onions chopped,
1/2 a cup of frozen green peas,
1-2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp of sod. bicarbonate
1/2 tsp of mustard,
1/2 tsp of cumin,
1/2 tsp of sesame seeds,
1/2 cup of mozarella cheese,
1 tsp of oil,
2 tbs of margarine .

Method:
Mix semolina, curd and water. Splutter mustard, cumin seeds in oil and margarine. Add it to the semolina batter along with the veg and cheese, finally add the soda powder, turmeric, salt and mix it in. Bake in a loaf pan, after sprinkling the sesame seeds, at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 mts or till done (a bamboo skewer, inserted in the loaf comes out clean, when done) .

Sneak in all the veggies that you want your kids to eat and enjoy this delicious cake.
